We decided to work with Matthew to sell our first home because he was very detailed and knew the neighborhood well. However, what impressed us even more was Matthew's ability to help us purchase new home. We looked at different locations and the final area was newer. Matthew was able to learn about the area and about the house we were interested in. We had many questions and he was able to provide us with answers and solutions. He was available and went out of his way to make our selling and purchasing experience as pleasant as possible.
