MATT THAYER

Matt Thayer has been in the customer service industry for 20 years honing in on his craft. With the opportunity to work in different fields he has gained a working knowledge of marketing, sales, management, leadership, and overall customer experience. Through these experiences his ability to ask the right questions has brought him many loyal friends and patrons that trust him. Matt and his wife Kristin have lived in Sacramento for 12 years with their four amazing children. When not actively selling homes you can find Matt at home playing, cooking and working on projects, whether that be building a fort with the kids or making repairs around the house spending time with his family and building new lasting relationships with friends is what life is all about.

My love of real estate comes from childhood hobbies of shadowing relatives at an open house, exploring design ideas for new development builds, and helping the maintenance of family property. Born and raised in Fair Oaks, Ca and a graduate of Sacramento State University, I am well versed in the amazing benefits and lifestyle that the greater Sacramento area has to offer.
